Order Update timing
Order changes and update requests must be received only up to 2 days after the order has been placed.
Refunds + Returns
Order items must be mailed back to 1750 HWY 160 W STE 101​ FORT MILL, SC 29708 for a refund to be issued. Refunds may take 5-7 business days to post and deposit depending on your bank.
Exchanges
For Exchanges, new order items will be mailed out no more than 10 days after the returned item is received, standard shipping and delivery will apply after and a new tracking number will be sent.
